Recreational Therapist (Part Time) - PACE

Schedule: 24 hours/week - Working Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday on day shift The Recreational Therapist provides a variety of therapeutic social, recreational and diversional events for participants. Conducts individual assessment to identify the participants' individual interests/needs. Develops and implements an appropriate variety of individual and group activities. Participates in interdisciplinary care planning. Coordinates the recreation documentation for her/his assigned group of participants. Assists with training and supervising assigned volunteers and/or youth job program assistants/student interns and their activities. Leads facility-wide participant-centered events. • Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Recreational Therapist Registration

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
