Stock Lead

Who are we looking for? An outgoing, professional Stock Lead to work in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. Ability to process and distribute products between the Corporate Warehouse and the designated store location, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. What you will be doing: Move product/supplies from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, and color or product code Ensure accuracy of transfer documentation to and from store location and warehouse or other store locations Merchandising and floor stocking as needed Steam, hang, or fold merchandise before putting out on the floor Ensure the stock room is accessible and safe for employee traffic Mark materials with identifying information using an appropriate method (tagging) Assist in counting of physical inventory May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed Sweep, dust, mop, and other housekeeping duties of backroom and sales floor Always keep and organize the stock room and work area for cleanliness and free of debris Communicate merchandise and supply needs with the store and corporate management to ensure proper merchandise levels and supplies in conjunction with store manager to avoid additional deliveries Work independently without the use of headphones This position requires standing for a majority of each shift. Sitting is not permitted while processing shipments Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum high school education or equivalent One year of prior warehouse experience preferred Excellent organization, verbal and written skills Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications Excel at time management and multi-tasking Ability to count and perform mathematical equations #J-18808-Ljbffr
