RFID Product Marketing, Senior

Key Responsibilities Share responsibility for product line and portfolio marketing (RFID hardware products, software & solutions) Develop positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy, including sales enablement and competitive analysis Work with cross‑functional teams, immersed in competitive and commercial marketplace Act as the marketing single point of contact for the portfolio to internal and external stakeholders Own product lifecycle actions: reinvigorate, refresh, retire programs in alignment with vertical, channel and field marketing leaders Selective activation of global product marketing content in marquee horizontal media outlets & events; drive inbound digital campaigns (SEO/AEO/SEM) for top‑tier products Guide AR, PR, Social, and corporate communications programs for product/solution Monitor competitor regional marketing campaigns, messaging and respond strategically Lead regional marketing participation and own marketing on product launch calls (global & regional) ensuring GTM readiness Influence promotional, incentive and rebate strategy as part of overall GTM plan Manage content creation from inception to delivery; generate portfolio pipeline and ensure seller adoption of enablement materials Incorporate voice of customer feedback into global product marketing strategy Support cross‑vertical initiatives in region Operate hybrid work schedule (3 days office / 2 remote) from specified locations with 10% travel Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field 5+ years of product marketing and/or comparable product management/development experience within B2B mobile computing or software sectors Preferred Skills and Competencies Clarity of thinking & vision; keen prioritization Organizational agility, proficiency in matrix/indirect management Influence / negotiation / partnership skills with product teams Drive results and execution through a virtual team Ability to thrive in matrixed organization environment Technical understanding of how products fit into solutions Channel marketing experience Excellent presentation & communication skills Whole‑lifecycle product marketing experience, from NPI to EOL Understanding of holistic go‑to‑market readiness across channels Competitive analysis, neutralizing and responding to tactics regionally Willingness to actively participate with vertical marketing teams Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $96,800.00 – $145,200.00 annually Annual incentive compensation targeting 10% of base pay Hybrid work schedule; adaptable hours; flexible Fridays; annual well‑being day Health, wellness, inclusion networks, learning & development, parental leave, employee assistance, paid time off (varies by country) Location & Travel Hybrid work: 3 days office / 2 remote.
