Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

For our market organization in India we are looking for reinforcement in the area of sales. This position is permanent and full‑time. Job Responsibilities Develop strong knowledge of the conductor rail business and market information related to VAHLE products Handle customer inquiries, prepare estimations, and submit quotations for system spares Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by advising them on VAHLE products and services Maintain accurate records of accounts, opportunities, quotations, projects, contacts and correspondence in company databases Actively follow up and manage submitted quotations to drive successful closures Work closely with colleagues in the Germany Provide support for warehouse activities as required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) or a related discipline. 5–7 years of experience in technical/industrial sales (Automative and Intralogistics sector) Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team Experience with SAP and MS Excel will be an added advantage Fluency in Hindi and English Our Offer Permanent full‑time position Competitive salary with attractive fringe benefits End of year bonus Business travel allowance Pleasant and dynamic working environment with enthusiastic colleagues About us The VAHLE Group is an internationally active family‑owned business headquartered in Germany.
