Job description Company Description Journeys Autism Center is a center-based ABA service provider located in Mishawaka, IN. The center offers individualized and ongoing programming to promote socially significant skills that increase independence in all areas of development. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for implementing ethical and effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions following best clinical practices. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing behavior analytic programming, and creating individualized treatment plans for each child on your caseload. Additionally, you will supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, provide training on ABA principles, and collaborate with the ABA therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the coordination of treatment programs. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience in behavior assessment, treatment and programming for individuals with ASD Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Experience in training and supervising staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Master's degree in behavior analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
