Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Nebraska SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Recent school-based experience strongly preferred, especially working with elementary populations
• Ability to manage a caseload of 40-60 students across 1-2 school sites
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students, addressing a range of communication needs
• Evaluate and assess students to determine eligibility for SLP services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, documenting progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
• Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Serve as a resource for educators, staff, and families, delivering strategies and support to help students thrive
