Senior Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources ManagerOn Site - Green BaySupport corporate and field organization to ensure proper staffing levels, teammate training, policy compliance and talent management. Manage full cycle recruiting and hiring process for corporate and center positions. Ensure appropriate onboarding and training programs are in place to support compliance, performance, and operational objectives. Assist with Human Resources projects.Employee RelationsMaintain knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulationsAssist with teammate investigations and developing resolutions to teammate concernsProvide guidance and counsel on company policies and proceduresAssist in the updating and revisions of HR policies and procedures, including the annual policy review processSupport HR programs including performance reviews, benefits open enrollment and strategic action planningTrainingDevelop and maintain new hire orientation program for centers and corporate officeCollaborate with business to identify training needs and create offerings to support teammate developmentImplement and facilitate training programsMaintain compliance training programsRecruiting and HiringWork with business to understand staffing and hiring needsAssist with developing recruiting plans and building talent pipelinesSupport and train manager on hiring and offer processes and proceduresStay current on recruiting and job promotion trends to ensure Fielmann USA attracts top talentMonitor competitionMinimum Knowledge, Experience & Skills RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience2-5 years' experience in varied Human Resources disciplinesProven ability to lead across all levels of the organization directly and indirectlyDemonstrated ability to act decisively and facilitate and implement solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to interact professionally and build relationships with both internal and external contactsStrong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple workloads and deadlinesAbility and motivation to work in a team environment that encourages creativity and effective collaborationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsEssential Functions & Work RequirementsAbility to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization through written and two-way verbal communicationAble to sit or stand for extended periods of timeAble to operate various office equipment (e.g., personal computer, telephone, fax machine, copier, etc.)Able to read and write at a high school graduate levelAble to lift 10 to 20 poundsAble to work normal and/or extended (evenings, nights, and weekends) office hours to meet established deadlinesAble to travel independently to support Company objectives and personal development
