Pump Technician

The Pump Technician services, maintains, and diagnoses problems on grease traps for restaurants and septic tanks for commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate is motivated, flexible and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Full job description: Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent A valid Colorado Driver’s License and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles 1–2 years of truck driving experience Class B or A CDL required for CDL position Experience working in sewage and septic systems, grease or waste management is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to safely and effectively operate all tools and equipment required including but not limited to power drills, stirsticks, crust busters and shovels Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Computer literate and able to use a smart phone Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to tolerate typical noises and smells associated with septic systems and grease traps Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test and pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check as a condition of employment.
