Part-Time BartenderThe Berry Hill Resort & Conference Center—one of Virginia's premier destinations for weddings, dining, and special events—is seeking a part-time bartender to join our team. This role serves across our on-site restaurants and banquet operations, delivering exceptional service in a truly unique, historic setting. We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, and thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while building lasting connections.What You'll Do:Provide outstanding, timely service in both bar and table settingsCraft cocktails and deliver a memorable bar experience for every guestAccurately process orders and payments using POS systemsCollaborate with Front Desk, Kitchen, and Sales teams on business levels, specials, and group eventsWhat We're Looking For:Previous bartending and restaurant experience requiredStrong time-management and multitasking abilitiesCalm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA team-oriented mindset with a passion for guest serviceRequirements:Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
