Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Alameda, CA - 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $84/hr to $88/hr on W2
Job Details:
Own and drive the ecommerce growth strategy by diagnosing constraints across discovery, conversion, trust, and retention.
Translate customer insights and performance data into actionable hypotheses and growth initiatives.
Develop and maintain a prioritized growth roadmap aligned with revenue and conversion goals.
Lead end-to-end experimentation, from problem framing to post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous learning and improvement.
Shape the site experience by optimizing UX, content, and information architecture to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product management or related digital roles.
Proven success in driving growth for ecommerce or revenue-generating digital products.
Experience in developing and shipping product changes that improve conversion and customer experience.
Someone Must has previous e-commerce product management experience
