Airport Terminal Services - - Responsibilities: Convey shipping instructions to the customer services counter; Retrieve import documents and deliver export documents to aircraft; Accept cargo respecting TSA/FAA/government rules; Accept dangerous goods per FAA/IATA regulations; Release imported freight after CBP review; Collect air freight charges; Handle customer calls professionally; Enter data into information system and complete paperwork; Follow safety protocols and complete required training; Maintain timely, prepared and safe work habits
