Banquet Server

Summary Provides excellent food and beverage service to patrons and guests during special events and functions. Ensures a positive dining experience by delivering timely and courteous service, adhering to event specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining needs are met throughout the event. Serve food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy with orders and accommodating any special dietary requests. Clear tables and clean up after events, including removing dishes, glassware, and other service items. Monitor guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times. Provide excellent customer service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Handle any additional tasks as directed by the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain, or Event Coordinator. Qualifications Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules. Additional Information Associates in this role may also have the opportunity to serve in one of our many restaurants as well.
