Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Davenport, IA Sam's Club #8238, 3887 Elmore Ave, Davenport, IA 52807-2504 Position Summary Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team to keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide frontline customer service. Your work supports operations and ensures high product quality for our members. What You’ll Do Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and conducting safety sweeps. Maintain the Sales Floor, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise; managing returns and pricing. Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns. Follow freezer and cooler policies—comply with food handling, operate and sanitize equipment, follow Cold Chain procedures, and monitor temperature controls. Ensure product quality by inspecting expiration dates, removing damaged goods, and packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area, including windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Commitment to maintaining a drug‑free workplace. Preferred Qualifications Experience with stocking and customer service. Strong problem‑solving and initiative skills. Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios. Creative thinking and out‑of‑box solution mindset. Salary and Compensation Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00.* Premiums may apply: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
