Oracle Product Data Hub Consultant

Location: Cleveland, OH

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise Product Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical teams to ensure high-quality, standardized, and governed product data across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

Lead or support implementation and enhancement of Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH-PIM).
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Item Master, Product Lifecycle, Naming Standards, and Attributes.
Configure Item Classes, Item Attributes, Value Sets, and UOMs.
Define and implement Product Data Governance, including approval workflows and change management.
Support Product Creation, Enrichment, and Publication processes.
Collaborate with business users for data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration.
Develop functional documentation:

Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Design Documents (FDD)
Configuration documents and user guides

Conduct user training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Technical & Integration Responsibilities:

Work with technical teams on PDH integrations with:

Oracle EBS modules (Inventory, BOM, PO, OM)
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
External systems (PLM, ERP, legacy systems)

Support data conversions/migrations using FBDI, Web Services, APIs, or Open Interface tables.
Validate PDH setups with reports, BI tools, and reconciliation checks.
Assist in production support, issue analysis, and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core PDH Skills:

5+ years of experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH / PIM).
Strong understanding of:

Item Master & Item Classes
Product Attributes & Structures
Lifecycle Phases & Item Statuses
Change Orders & Approval Workflows

Experience in Product Master Data Governance (MDM) concepts.

Oracle Skills:

Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (PIM/PDH).
Knowledge of related modules:

Inventory (INV)
Bills of Material (BOM)
Purchasing (PO)
Order Management (OM)

Familiarity with FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and data integration.
