Material Handler

Location: Oxford, AL
Pay: $18.00 per hour

HireQuest Direct is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to join our team in Oxford, AL. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse environment and are looking for steady, full-time work.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse or job site.
• Organize and stage materials for production, shipping, and receiving.
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
