Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Staffing Consultant in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a sales-minded professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients, recruiting talent, and matching qualified candidates with the right opportunities.

The Staffing Consultant will work in a collaborative staffing and employment services environment with structured onboarding, ongoing training, mentoring, and a defined career path. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow in recruiting, sales support, account management, and business development while being supported by accessible leadership and a team-focused culture.

Success in this role comes from consistent client service, proactive recruiting, strong follow-through, accurate documentation, and the ability to balance candidate relationships with customer development activity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to understand staffing needs, present services, and support business growth.
- Recruit, interview, qualify, and maintain relationships with candidates for temporary and direct hire placement opportunities.
- Match qualified candidates to job orders, prepare accurate candidate profiles, and submit candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide clients and candidates through the hiring and placement process with clear communication, reliable follow-up, and strong service standards.
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly activity blocks to meet key performance indicators, placement goals, and client retention expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems while following documentation standards, policies, processes, and quality procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year. + Uncapped Commission
- Location: Bellevue, WA. Hybrid Model, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
