Clinical Nurse BMT Oncology

• Role: Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity oncology unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards.
• Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures safety and quality compliance, develops individualized care plans, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values.
• Qualifications: Requires a Nursing Diploma or ADN, RN license, with preferred Bachelor's Degree and ≥2 years of experience. No supervisory experience needed.
• Skills: Critical nursing skills, strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Duties: Educate patients and families, participate in professional development, communicate care plans, and ensure holistic patient assessment.
