HR Operations Generalist Onboarding, Leaves & UKG

The Nuclear Company in Lexington, VA is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the operational backbone of our HR team, delivering hands-on support across onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, data accuracy, and policy governance for a geographically distributed workforce. You will partner with senior HR leaders, own UKG stewardship, support compliance and employee relations, and help execute enterprise talent programs while coordinating with our Field Services and relocation partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
