Flex Craft was invented so you can quickly and easily create material handling solutions without the need for extensive design or fabrication. When required, Flex Craft is easily taken apart & reconfigured into another solution – all with a ½” wrench.

What does a Production Operator do?

Team up with us as we create a unique product that helps many industries like Trane, General Electric, Polaris and Indian Motorcycles make their specialty products.

We do this by a variety of tasks ranging from running machines to pulling inventory items. We focus on the employee's mental and physical safety by rotating work stations multiple times throughout the day, keeping them engaged and energized.

We are willing to invest our time to grow the right person, but appreciate any prior knowledge and skills working with industrial manufacturing you may already have.

Working Conditions

As a production worker, the majority of working hours will be spent standing and working with various equipment which requires the use of personal protective equipment. Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.

Education

High School Diploma or GED Required.

Wage: $20/hr ($1.50 shift differential)
