Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote / 3 in?office
Predictable hours (no nights, weekends, or holidays)

Responsibilities
Investigate claims and determine coverage and liability
Review evidence, reports, and medical records to evaluate damages and set reserves
Process indemnity and expense payments
Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses
Work with defense counsel and legal teams to manage litigated claims
Maintain claim documentation and support claim resolution
Qualifications
JD preferred, or bachelor's degree with experience adjusting liability claims and litigation
Active Texas All Lines License, or ability to obtain
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims
Experience using claims systems and standard business tools
