Location: New Britain Campus Hours: Full-Time Monday - Friday approximately 8:30am-4:30pm (some days may flex)

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Nursing leadership team, you will:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the clinical education experience
• Build and strengthen partnerships with healthcare organizations and clinical affiliates
• Coordinate clinical rotations and learning experiences that prepare students for success
• Mentor, support, and develop clinical instructors and adjunct faculty
• Monitor student progress and foster a positive, engaging learning environment
• Conduct clinical site visits to ensure quality and excellence in clinical training
• Ensure compliance with state, accreditation, and institutional requirements
• Champion initiatives that promote student retention, achievement, and career readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Connecticut RN license
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years of experience in clinical education, staff development, precepting, or training
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
• Valid driver's license
• Current CPR certification and required immunizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Previous experience leading clinical education programs or faculty teams
