Pay Information Competitive base pay starting at $23/hr and goes up based on experience – PLUS ANNUAL BONUS! The position travelins between our Middleton North and Middle Offices. Responsibilities Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately Qualifications 2-3 years of previous dental assisting experience 1-2 years of Periodontics experience Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus Requirements New York: Not applicable.
