Service Manager – Home Heating & Cooling

Location: Holland, MI
Job Type: Full-Time

Home Heating & Cooling has been serving West Michigan homeowners for over 50 years. We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to assist in leading our service department, support & train our technicians, and help us continue delivering exceptional customer service.

If you're a strong leader who enjoys coaching people, improving processes, and creating an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

· Lead, coach, and support residential HVAC service technicians.

· Manage daily scheduling and workflow.

· Ensure excellent customer service.

· Monitor technician performance and customer satisfaction.

· Assist with technical support in the field.

· Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members.

· Collaborate with installation, sales, and office teams.

· Maintain safety, quality, and professionalism.

· Review KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

· 5+ years of HVAC industry experience.

· Leadership or management experience preferred.

· Strong residential HVAC knowledge.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to coach and motivate a team.

· Organized and solution-oriented.

· EPA Certification preferred.

· Valid driver's license.
