We’re looking for a versatile Content Creator who can step into an established marketing team and contribute at a high level from the start. You’ll bring a strong foundation in professional marketing writing, with demonstrated experience creating polished short- and long-form content. You understand that effective content goes beyond great copy—you consider structure, hierarchy, user experience, and engagement to ensure content works effectively within the channel and format where it appears. Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently hiring for a Content Creator based out of our Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario . This is a 16-month contract position with a hybrid work model. Most work can be completed remotely, with onsite participation required as needed for team meetings and collaborative work. A professional portfolio of relevant work is required as part of the application. More about the role: Reporting to the Content Strategist, Team Lead , the Content Creator develops clear, engaging content across a wide range of marketing channels and formats. You’ll create everything from social media posts, emails, webpages, landing pages, and digital advertising to presentations, blogs, case studies, magazine articles, and other marketing assets. In addition to writing and copyediting, you’ll consider how copy, structure, and layout work together to create an effective user experience. You’ll collaborate with designers, subject-matter experts, and other marketing team members to translate product information, marketing strategies, and business objectives into compelling content for our audiences. Responsibilities: Write and edit compelling short-form content for one-pagers, presentations, emails, digital advertisements, product descriptions, webpages, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Translate product information, marketing strategies, and project objectives into clear, concise, audience-appropriate messaging. Manage day-to-day organic social media content, including developing content ideas, writing posts, maintaining the content calendar, and managing publication. Adapt content and messaging for different social platforms, audiences, channels, and campaign objectives. Identify timely and engaging social media opportunities that support broader marketing priorities. Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visual presentation work together effectively, developing simple social graphics where appropriate and within your capabilities. Research, write, edit, and proofread blogs, articles, case studies, and other long-form marketing and educational content. Translate technical or complex subject matter into clear, useful, and engaging content. Interview internal subject-matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and develop accurate content. Optimize long-form content for digital readability and search where appropriate. Review and edit content produced by other team members for grammar, accuracy, clarity, readability, tone, brand voice, and consistency. Fact-check product information, claims, terminology, and other details against approved sources before publication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Writing or a related discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline with 5+ years of professional experience in both short- and long-form writing. Minimum 5 years of professional marketing writing experience across a variety of digital channels. Demonstrated professional experience creating both short- and long-form content. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and shared file-management systems such as SharePoint. Experience with Asana or a similar project management platform. Ability to balance strategic thinking, creativity, and attention to detail. Adaptable, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Experience in B2B marketing, or a combination of B2B and B2C marketing, is preferred. Graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite are considered assets. Industrial sector experience is considered an asset but is not required. Why Superior Glove?
