Data Analytics Developer
Ascensus
Ascensus seeks a data analytics professional to design, configure, and support analytics within NICE CXone/Nexidia. You will build categories, rules, phrase libraries, workspaces, dashboards and reporting structures to measure customer interactions and drive operational improvements. Collaboration with IVR/IVA teams ensures requirements are met without performing IVR development. You will validate data flows, monitor platform health, and safeguard confidential data while partnering with #J-18808-Ljbffr
