What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED
1+ year of multifamily property management experience
Strong customer service and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Entrata preferred)
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Bilingual a plus but not required

What You'll Do:

Support daily property operations
Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
Help achieve occupancy and financial goals
Manage delinquency, collections, and resident communications
Support the Community Manager with team leadership and operations
