Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is seeking an Experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join a team of Hospitalists with Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. Banner Health is one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers in the Phoenix Metro Area. Banner Health is recognized for its leadership and dedication to the communities we serve.
We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with the drive and clinical confidence to take on new challenges and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The team member will be involved in cross cover call, clinical management of patients, placing orders, and lab follow-ups.
Excellent opportunity for a dynamic ACNP to join our team of highly trained Hospitalists:
- Experienced ACNP
- 3-12 hour shifts per week + cross cover call
- Night Schedule, 7pm-7am
- Alternating schedule Monday-Wednesday, Thursday-Sunday
- Cross Cover Call from home every other Sunday- 7pm-11pm
- DEA license and prescriptive authority required

- NEW Night Differential: $216 per night shift, thats an extra $18/hrs (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), totaling approximately $36,288 annually.

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center-Glendale is currently the fourth-largest hospital in the Phoenix metropolitan area with 561 licensed beds and offers a wide range of medical services including, adult behavioral health services, cancer care, critical care, emergency care, general surgery, heart care, inpatient pediatric care, medical imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, outpatient rehabilitation services and stroke care. Banner Thunderbird is currently ranked one of the top hospitals in the Phoenix metropolitan area by US News & World Report and is a recent recipient of a prestigious "Best of the West" award from Westmarc in recognition of the hospital's contributions to the region
