2. Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates' experience and skill sets against our client's position.
3. Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client's work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
4. Submit: The recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
5. Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates' technical skills.
6. Background Check: Administrative personnel will provide a detailed background check, as required, per client agreement.
7. On Board: On successfully completing the above steps, the candidates are welcomed on board and assisted to ensure a smooth integration at the client's location.

Job Description

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

· Define and display formal communication methods, establish open and consistent communication within the agency (including executive management), as well as with PMO management.

· Plan and direct delivery of information to management and project teams on project plans, schedules, budgets, proposals, requirements, analysis, designs, strategies, recommendations, issues and tasks and activities.

· Actively manage resources dedicated to the project, determining task to assignments, identifying needs, and coordinating project activities and adhering project deadlines.

· Direct problem resolution, decision making, communications and other associated activities during all phases of large or medium complex projects using a pro-active and positive approach.

Experience Needed:

• Ability to interact with executives

• Ability to lead a team in ambiguous situations

• Ability to coordinate activities with business and technology overlaps

• Ability to lead and facilitate a team in collaborative decision-making

• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and conflict resolution

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience leading vendor driven projects preferred
