Your day may include: Performing comprehensive exams and diagnosing medical conditions Developing individualized preventive healthcare plans Building long‑term relationships with clients and their pets Performing dental procedures and soft tissue surgeries if you enjoy them - surgery is encouraged, but absolutely not mandatory Educating clients in a way that makes sense (without making them feel like they need a veterinary degree) Collaborating with an experienced, highly utilized support team Practicing medicine in an environment designed to give you the time and resources to do it well Compensation & Benefits Because being appreciated is great, but being paid is also important.
