Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning experience in commercial or residential settings is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. Reliable transportation and a validdriver's license are required. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
