HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCEThe Maintenance Technician ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment by performing repairs, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance on all CK Supply buildings and equipment. Driven - Hardworking, Dedicated, Dependable, Desire to be the BestPassionate - Positive Attitude, Appearance, Pride, Love What We DoPeople-Oriented - Honest, Respectful, Trust-Worthy, Integrity Solutions-Focused - Knowledgeable, Creative, Problem-SolversPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electric motors, conveyors, light carpentry, HVAC Maintenance, and light plumbingPerform preventative maintenance as neededFabricate and request partsRequest parts needed and supply level inventory Coordinate needed repairs with appropriate departmentsMaintain accurate record keeping and documentationAssist in other departments as neededFollow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitorsAdhere to the CK Core Values through behavior and wordsOther duties, as assigned, within the job classification and businessQUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic-pneumatic knowledge Basic carpentry skillsKnowledge of 24VDC to 480 VAC CircuitryAbility to operate multiple measuring devicesStrong attention to detailAbility to work well with others, sometimes cross-departmentally Basic mathematical knowledgeGeneral computer skills (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word)Possess and maintain a valid driver's license  WORK ENVIRONMENTWork in noisy, loud conditions, that at times will require PPEWork in all seasons of outdoor weather conditionsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasionStand, bend, and kneel for duration of shiftEQUIPMENT UTILIZEDThe following is a list of some of the types of equipment that an employee in this position may be required to operate.
