Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team, ensuring the highest quality of care is upheld during your shift.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, executing necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement tailored care plans.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant setting.
- Active Illinois nursing license is required.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.
- ACLS certification (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
- Availability for weekend shifts every other weekend is required.
