Sares Regi­s Group is looking for an experienced Community Manager to supervise the daily operations of our 224‑unit community. Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Responsibilities Hire, train, and develop a competent team. Oversee daily operations, review rent recommendations, and maximize income. Collect rents and enforce timely delinquent rent procedures. Ensure resident insurance compliance, screening criteria, and retention procedures. Produce weekly reports, audit invoices, and maintain accurate data entry. Analyze monthly performance, prepare variance reports, and develop annual budgets and forecasts. Identify market challenges, educate staff and regional manager, and create effective marketing plans. Bid recurring contract work (unit cleaning, painting, landscaping) to assure quality and cost effectiveness. Verify contractor insurance, lien waivers, and compliance with company policy. Implement OSHA and other safety procedures and conduct routine safety meetings. Collaborate with maintenance supervisor on repairs, capital projects, curb‑appeal, and risk‑management issues. Follow company handbooks, property policy manuals, and governing documents. Qualifications Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Minimum 2 years experience as Community Manager of 100 + units. Strong sales skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals; write reports and business correspondence. Proficiency in basic math, including calculations of discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and area. Experience with operations software such as Outlook, Internet software, Excel, and Word. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $105,000 – $108,000 annually.
