Public Relations Manager

Graton is seeking a dynamic PR Manager to elevate the brand of Graton Resort & Casino. In this role, you will spearhead strategic campaigns to secure high-impact earned media presence across regional and national outlets. Collaborating closely with HR, you will also craft compelling internal communications that align and engage our team members. A natural host and brand ambassador, you will manage on-property activations, ensuring an exceptional experience for visiting influencers, media, and VIP celebrities. The ideal candidate blends exceptional media relations savvy with outstanding interpersonal skills. Experience in hospitality or luxury entertainment marketing is highly preferred. Required Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years' experience in the PR/Communications field. Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role. Experience in stakeholder/community engagement. An extensive list of media contacts. An expansive understanding of multi-channel media relations and communications strategies. Can present a strong portfolio of successful coverage and campaigns across local, national, and online media outlets. A leader with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues throughout the company Self-motivator, confident, energetic, and creative. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
