SUMMARY

The Manager of Controls willassistand train commercial contractors with Carrieri-Vu controls. Thisposition will be expected to draw up submittals,assistincontrolsstart-up, support and trouble shooti-Vucontrols system when called upon by our clients. Job Responsibilities Provide a primary resource for our customers to answercontrolsquestions. Assistinoperatingthe existing Certified Controls Expert Contractor Programs. Maintain Technician Certification documentation andestablishtraining & testing requirements. Assistin conducting training classes for the sales & installation of Carriercontrolssystems fordealers. Attract elite contractor memberships in the Factory Controls Authorization Program. Supports roll out newcontrolsproducts to the Controls Expert dealers. Grow the Carrier Commercial Controls presence in the assigned Carrier Enterprise region(s). Manage the interface between the factory and our customers. Travel throughout the assigned region(s) to provide support to Carrier controls dealers. Requirements An undergraduate degree intechnicaldiscipline 5years ofExperienceinHVAC Systems Controls support. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC systems Controls support. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technicalcustomers in a clear and concise manner. Proficiencyin using remote support tools and software to diagnose and resolve customer issues. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and resolving customerproblems effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively toidentifyand resolve technical issues. Familiarity with HVAC commercial systems Controls Software, ideallyi-Vu. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating efforts with otherdepartmentsto ensure customer satisfaction. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer casessimultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new HVAC technologies, products, andindustry trends.
