We are seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with invoicing, job updates, and general office tasks
- Quickly learn and work within or scheduling dispatching, and invoicing software
- Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with a positive attitude
