The Bixby Software team is dynamic group of software engineers supporting multiple efforts for ESG, all utilizing modern software technologies (Java, ReactJS, CI/CD pipelines) and methodologies (Scaled Agile). Position Responsibilities: Reviews, analyzes, and translates customer requirements into initial design of software productsDevelops, maintains, enhances and optimizes software products and functionalities for systems integrationsDevelops, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software productsDebugs and resolves issues identified to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software productsHandles user inquiries, troubleshoots technical issues and user feedback analysisImplements current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks and changes in regulations relevant to software developmentDevelops, establishes, monitors and improves software processes, tools and key performance metrics that align projects with organizational goals and industry benchmarksExecutes and documents software research and development projectsAdvises on software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulationsDesigns, develops, tests, and maintains non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, safety, and regulation standardsSecurity Clearance:This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
