We're looking for a Part-Time Front Office & Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Based on responsibilities associated with a front office/accounting support position.

Part-Time Front Office & Accounting Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet visitors and assist customers professionally
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Enter and maintain accurate data and files
• Support daily office and administrative operations
• Provide excellent customer service

Part-Time Front Office & Accounting Assistant Qualifications:

• Previous payroll processing experience required
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting functions preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Professional and dependable work ethic
