The firm leverages its deep network and proprietary deal flow across retail and multifamily assets, with a growing portfolio that includes commercial development. The team is lean and entrepreneurial, offering the future hire direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful involvement across the asset management lifecycle.As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a hands-on role supporting the asset management function across the firm's portfolio. The ideal candidate brings property management experience, particularly with retail assets, and is eager to be closely involved in the day-to-day performance and oversight of the portfolio.Core ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage existing assets across multifamily and retail asset classes, including direct oversight of third-party brokers and property managersSupport day-to-day property management functions, with particular emphasis on retail assets including tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor coordinationComplete CAM reconciliations for YE reviewAssist with budgeting, reforecasting, and property-level financial reporting and variance analysisSupport financial evaluation and analysis for the existing portfolioFulfill ad hoc requests across asset management as neededCandidate Profile2 to 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or a related fieldPrior property management experience (especially with retail assets) strongly preferredStrong Excel proficiency and AI familiarityBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related fieldDetail oriented, ambitious, and collaborative
