Litigation Paralegal

A leading firm in the Midwest is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support their Labor & Employment practice in San Diego. This role will assist attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, from pre-suit investigation through trial and post-trial proceedings.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.ResponsibilitiesSupport Labor & Employment matters from inception through trialConduct factual investigations and case analysisManage document collection, review, ESI, and productionsCoordinate privilege review, Bates stamping, and quality controlDraft and manage subpoenasAssist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trialsPrepare exhibits, witness binders, demonstratives, and trial materialsManage court deadlines, calendars, and docketingCoordinate with court reporters, vendors, and eDiscovery providersSupport witness coordination, exhibit management, and courtroom technologyQualifications5+ years of Labor & Employment litigation paralegal experienceExperience in both state and federal courtsABA-approved Paralegal Certificate requiredBachelor's degree preferredExperience with ESI and eDiscoveryProficiency with Westlaw and Adobe AcrobatExperience with Everlaw, TrialDirector, CaseMap, or similar litigation toolsExperience supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparationIf you are looking to grow your career at an Am Law firm, this is a great opportunity to take the next step. xhyhwjd Don't hesitate to reach out or apply!
