Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for guiding customers through the appliance purchasing process by providing product knowledge, expert recommendations, delivery scheduling assistance, and post-sale follow-up. This position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in our Twinsburg Showroom.

• First-year anticipated earnings of approximately $70,000
• Includes $35,000 base salary plus commission and manufacturer spiffs
• Second-year anticipated earnings of $90,000-$100,000+ for committed sales professionals
• Additional income opportunities through manufacturer incentive programs
• Unlimited earning potential

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Weekend availability required
• Monday through Friday training schedule
• Once trained, two days off during the week and occasional weekends off

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by helping customers identify the best appliance solutions to meet their needs and budget.
• Serve as a product expert by educating customers on appliance features, specifications, benefits, and available options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with sales support, delivery, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist customers with delivery scheduling, rebate processing, and post-sale support.
• Maintain showroom appearance by ensuring displays are clean, organized, current, and customer-ready.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the drive to achieve sales goals and deliver results.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn appliance products, features, and industry trends.
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or visits to other company locations.
