Job Description We are seeking a Territory Account Specialist (TAS) to be the front line for Bristol Myers Squibb in delivering innovative medical solutions across a defined territory. The role is 100% field‑based and requires a strong scientific background and deep customer engagement skills. Job Summary The TAS plays a critical role in executing our customer model, driving demand for BMS medicines, and building credibility with regional thought leaders and community‑based physicians. The role prioritizes safe and appropriate use while achieving business results and is fully on‑site in the following territory: Kansas City, Topeka, Wichita, Salina, Hays, and St. Joseph, MO. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion – Promote approved indications of BMS products within the territory; create demand through balanced clinical and scientific rationale; maintain scientific expertise; prepare and implement territory and account plans; utilize CE^3 tools for insights and dynamic call planning. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue – Demonstrate scientific expertise; present approved information to HCPs; conduct in‑office presentations; organize external speaker programs; maintain expertise on emerging data; engage real‑time medical support through Medical on Call. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience (healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, nurse). Experience in Hematology/Oncology. Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate scientific and clinical data. Strong selling and promotional skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to build credibility with key customers and partner across the patient care journey. Experience working cross‑functionally with a positive team mindset.
