Your Daily Contributions

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot any errors, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for necessary testing.
• Document all processes meticulously, provide training for new hires or students, and help maintain the utmost quality standards within the lab environment.
• Champion a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Keep your certification up to date throughout your employment.
