Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Principal – US Investment Banking at Dartmouth Partners An elite boutique investment bank is seeking an Associate or Junior VP to join its restructuring team in New York. This is an opportunity to join one of the market’s most respected advisory platforms, known for its high-impact work across a range of restructuring mandates. As part of a premium restructuring franchise, you will work on some of the most challenging and high-profile situations in the market, supporting clients across debtor- and creditor-side engagements. The team operates in a highly collaborative environment and offers significant exposure to senior management and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Support (Associate) or lead (VP) day-to-day execution of restructuring, recapitalization, and special situations mandates Perform in-depth financial analysis, including liquidity forecasting, valuation work, business plan assessment, and capital structure modelling Prepare client materials, including pitchbooks, board presentations, and strategic alternatives analyses Participate in negotiations with stakeholders including lenders, creditors, sponsors, and company management Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, financial, and operational advisors Contribute to idea generation and ongoing dialogue with clients and prospects Mentor and develop junior team members; oversee workstreams appropriate to level Candidate Requirements 3–5 years of relevant restructuring experience Strong technical capabilities: financial modelling, capital structure analysis, valuation, and business plan review Ability to operate in fast-moving, high-pressure environments with multiple stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex situations clearly Highly collaborative and commercially minded Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst and Finance Industries Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr Dartmouth Partners
