Our Sales Associates are stationed inside popular big-box stores, engaging shoppers and sparking interest in solar energy and home battery systems.

You’ll act as the first point of contact in the customer's clean energy journey. No cold calling, no door knocking—just genuine, one-on-one conversations with people already browsing in-store. Your job is to explain the basics, answer questions, and set up free home consultations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming presence inside high-traffic retail locations

• Approach customers naturally to discuss solar energy and battery backup systems

• Use simple language to explain how renewable energy works and how it benefits homeowners

• Capture customer interest and schedule follow-up consultations

• Log leads and notes via a mobile tablet provided by the company

• Consistently meet outreach goals to maximize your commissions

Compensation Structure
This position offers  uncapped earning potential with a base hourly rate and performance-based incentives:

• Hourly Wage : $14+

• Lead Bonuses : $25–$60 per appointment set

• Sale Completion Bonuses : $90–$600 per closed deal

• Paid every two weeks with direct deposit
