Pavcon Group is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator. The Asphalt Roller Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery to compact and smooth asphalt surfaces, ensuring durability and safety in construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and routine maintenance of equipment to guarantee high-quality results in paving operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate asphalt roller equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
- Monitor and control the quality of asphalt compaction.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate paving activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in heavy equipment operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
