Base salary starts at $40,000 with our top earners making up to $80,000 a year

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Use bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, catering to both English and non-English speakers.

Consultation: Guide clients through understanding their insurance needs, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.

Policy Creation: Develop comprehensive and customized insurance policies that suit the unique requirements of each client.

Leads Management: Proactively generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base and drive sales growth.

Relationship Building: Nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to Tovmasyan Insurance Inc.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and regulations to provide current and effective advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Must have an active CA Property Casualty License.

Languages: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Customer-Oriented: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs with a customer-first approach.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Granada Hills area and its community needs is a plus.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools for efficient client management.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
