Pediatric Dentist Associate Opportunity – Flexible Full-Time Track with Immediate Opportunity We are a high-volume, well-established pediatric dental practice seeking a motivated, patient-focused associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow into a full schedule, develop clinically, and work in a supportive, non-corporate environment. Qualifications: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric dentist Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Moderate sedation permit in Oregon or actively working toward obtaining one Current BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain) Comfortable providing: Pediatric exams and diagnosis Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry Behavior management and parent communication Ability to practice independently and confidently within a team-based environment Professional, compassionate chairside manner Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and long-term practice sustainability #J-18808-Ljbffr Headwaters Transitions
