Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Las Vegas, NV | In-Home ABA$80,000–$95,000 Base Salary + Up to $15,000 in Annual Bonuses

Allies Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team serving children and families throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

We offer a 20-hour weekly billable expectation designed to give BCBAs the time and flexibility to provide high-quality clinical care while maintaining work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Develop and modify clinical programming

• Supervise and support RBTs

• Analyze client progress and treatment data

• Provide caregiver training and collaboration

• Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Nevada LBA or ability to obtain

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
