SAP FICO / FI-CA Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / FI-CA Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance modules, including full-cycle implementations, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and support finance transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions. Design, configure, and implement SAP FI and FI-CA modules to meet business needs. Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms. Configure SAP Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA). Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution activities. Manage transports and support deployment activities across environments. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements. Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle. Create and deliver presentations, process documentation, and end-user training materials. Ensure SAP solutions align with accounting standards, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; MBA, CA, or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP FICO and/or SAP FI-CA experience. Strong experience in SAP Finance module configuration and implementation. Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP FI implementation project. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions. Strong experience writing functional specifications for custom developments. Experience with testing, defect management, transport management, and production support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-tech, software, or technology-driven organizations. Experience working in large enterprise SAP environments. SAP certifications in Finance modules are a plus. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred. Experience with integrations between SAP Finance and other SAP modules. #J-18808-Ljbffr Artiminds
